We want you to love your Westward pieces. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help with a straightforward exchange process.

15-Day Exchange Policy

You may exchange any unworn, unwashed items with their original tags still attached within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds, but we are happy to exchange your item for a different size or another piece of equal value.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer care team at hello@westward.pk or via our WhatsApp number. Include your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement and cover all associated shipping costs.
